Rent the UF TREEO Center
With it’s close proximity to main campus and ample parking, UF TREEO Center has five unique spaces available to rent for your next meeting or event!
Room Rental Policies and Procedures
Terms and conditions for renting space at UF TREEO Center are outlined below.
Complimentary parking
Ability to choose your own caterer
Optional break items are $5.00/person per day
Break items include coffee, tea, water, sodas, granola bars, crackers and other various snack items
The TREEO Center should be left in the same condition as it was prior to the event. This includes resetting the room (tables and chairs) to the original format at the end of your rental.
All cleanup, including the removal and proper disposal of food, beverages and garbage must be completed promptly at the end of the event.
A $50 charge may be assessed for excessive clean up.
UF TREEO Center is open Monday-Friday from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Rooms will be opened 30 minutes prior to meeting start time
Events must conclude no later than 4:30 pm
The cancellation policy has been put in place to maximize the use of all the TREEO Center’s rental space. The Event Sponsor must provide UF TREEO with written notice of cancellation 10 days or more prior to the event. If Sponsor cancels the event fewer than 10 days prior to the event, the client is responsible for the cancellation fee which is equal to the room rental fee.

Auditorium
Located just off the lobby, the auditorium is our largest classroom and an ideal space for your training needs.
2,300 square feet
Capacity: 75 people
Features: PC with LCD projector and drop-down screen, charging stations in desks
Rental Fee: $500/day
Canteen
Featuring two full walls of windows that overlook our waterfall and pond, the canteen is a beautiful space to host meals, receptions and group presentations.
1,750 square feet
Capacity: 50 people
Features: Round tables, food warmer and serving area, ice machine
Rental Fee: $300/day

Classroom 120
Natural light floods this classroom, making it an ideal spot to host a lecture. Windows with a view of our butterfly garden line the back of this space.
700 square feet
Capacity: 30 people
Features: PC with LCD projector and drop-down screen, wheeled tables and chairs, whiteboard, two chalk boards
Rental Fee: $300/day
Classroom 140
Our smallest classroom, this space is perfect for meetings or an intimate classroom setting that encourages group participation. A wall of windows with views of our butterfly garden provide this classroom with plenty of natural light.
500 square feet
Capacity: 22 people
Features: PC with LCD projector and drop-down screen, wheeled chairs, whiteboard, two chalk boards
Rental Fee: $300/day
Lobby
Available as an add-on space, the newly renovated lobby features seating and a wall of windows that overlooks our waterfall and pond. This space is perfect for registration/check-in and standing receptions.

Capacity: 60 people
Features: Natural light, lounge seating
Rental Fee: $200/day
