1. The Cross Connection Control Conference is approved for OCP 1.1 CEUs.
   The units may be applied to one of these licenses:
   Drinking Water / Wastewater / Distribution Systems
   The CEUs cannot be split.
   You must attend the entire 2 days to receive contact hours.

 

2. This form will be used to track your attendance at the conference.

 

3. Fill out this form at the end of the conference (02/10/2026). Certificates are being awarded to all attendees. Those who need CEU’s please complete this form with a License # so we can submit.

Form must be completed with your License # by 1:00pm on Tuesday, February 10, 2026 to receive conference CEU’s.
