Absolutely. While much of the content is written with supervisors in mind, these courses are just as valuable for anyone preparing to move into a leadership role, or anyone who wants to build training and communication skills for their current position.
Yes, each course offers CEUs and contact hours (listed above), which may apply toward license renewal requirements depending on your state and profession. Check with your licensing board to confirm which courses apply to your specific requirements.
Yes! Many students take all three over time to build a complete leadership skill set. There’s no required order.
It depends on your goals. If you’re focused on delivering training or presentations, start with Train the Trainer. If you want a broader foundation in leading a team, Effective Utility Leadership Practices is a great fit. If safety leadership is your priority, Developing Safety Leadership Skills for Supervisors is a focused, half-day option.
